By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.12.2014 to the first respondent alleging that the second respondent who is the Proprietor of Sri Murugan Flour Mill on account of operating the said Mill is causing air and noise pollution. Since he has not been favoured with any response from the first respondent he has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.Anbazgan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel accepts notice for first respondent.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law after putting on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice the second respondent and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the second respondent. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
