This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in D.No.1187 of 2020 dated 07.03.2020

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in W.P.No.20791 of 2016, this Court by an order dated 01.03.2019 directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.182 of 2019, within a period of six months. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore has sent communication dated 07.03.2020 in D.No.1187 of 2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in CC.No.182 of 2019 and sought further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to complete the trial in CC.No.182 of 2019 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 23.03.2020 lok 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
