The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 101 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 08.08.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.347 of 2023 in M.C.No.36 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
