Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.14 of 2022, final report was filed through efiling on 19.07.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20230002584C202400143 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
