ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019 and dispose of the same.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.01.2019 requesting for reasons for demanding SUC charges without connecting underground drainage, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard Mr.M.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after affording him an opportunity of personal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hearing, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
