ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 08.12.2020 in a time bound manner.
2. Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for Respondents. By consent of both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, though he has preferred a Revision Petition before the 1st Respondent as early as on 08.12.2020, it has not been disposed of till date and therefore, he prays for early disposal of the Revision Petition.
4. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not filed the Revision Petition in the prescribed format.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to re-present the Revision Petition in the prescribed format, by raising additional grounds, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In the event of any such Revision Petition being re-presented in the proper format by the Petitioner, the concerned Authority shall proceed with same without adjourning the matter beyond five working days at any point of time and pass orders thereon, within a period of two months from the date of re-presentation of the Petition. No costs.
