This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 25.04.2025, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.04.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
