O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to not to open the TASMAC wine shop in the proposed location at Plot No.39, Newyork Avenue, Angalakurichi, Pollachi, Coimbatore based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the second to fourth respondents submits that there is no proposal to start the TASMAC shop at Plot No.39, Newyork Avenue, Angalakurichi, Pollachi till now.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case there is a fresh proposal to start the TASMAC shop in the same location. No costs.
