Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to orders in (i) Charge memo No.Pa.O.Na.11(5)/178587/95 dated 16.02.2004 of the second respondent; (ii) Charge Memo Rc.No.2/2006/B datd 17.01.2006 (TDP No.2/2006) dated 17.01.2006 ( now renumbered as TDP No.18/2008) of the fourth respondent; (iii) Pro.No.VCS1/133312/2002(i) dated 30.06.2006 of the third respondent; (iv) Pr.No.VCS1/13312/2002(2) dated 30.06.2006 of the third respondent and quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents 1 to 3 for the petitioner shall be deemed to have retired from service on 30.06.2006 A.N. without any condition and with all consequential pensionary and retirement benefits and pass orders. ORDER
When the case is listed for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondents have dropped the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition, as against the impugned charge memos has become infructuous.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
