ORDER

The petitioner is a third party to arbitral proceedings initiated by the first respondent against the second and third respondents. By order dated 17.09.2022 under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, an immovable property was attached as security for the arbitral claim. The petitioner asserts that he purchased the property on 24.06.2022, i.e., prior to the date of attachment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that a civil revision petition was filed before this Court and that such petition was dismissed by granting leave to apply as a third party for leave to appeal.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the request for leave is acceded to. Therefore, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
