The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned revision order issued by the 1st respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.05/A1/2012 dated 07.12.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Tahsildar.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
