ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram to dispose of HMOP No.14 of 2020 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the HMOP is pending from the year 2020, this Court directs the Trial Judge to complete the Trial and dispose of the HMOP No.14 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
