Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner stay at cuddalore and report before Town Police Station on every Monday and Staurday at 10.30 a.m until further orders of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.1609 of 2022 in Cr.No.563 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 27.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1609 of 2022 and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Town Police Station on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
