2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Coimbatore, in E-filing No.LTN20220002674/C202500009 and in RCS No.02 of 2025 on 21.01.2025.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
