Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 A.M. till filling of charge sheet imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.14292 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.22025 of 2021 in CCB-I Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Bank Fraud Investigation, Team XI, Central Crime Branch, Chennai or pass any other ordes as this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.22025 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation.
