ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Kausalya, aged about 22 years before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Today, Mr.K.Vijayakumar, Inspector of Police, J 10 Semmencherry Police Station is present.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured on 13.03.2020 and was handed over to the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
