ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Cr.No.536 of 2015 on the file of the B-6 Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore i.e., 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case was over and final report was filed as "Mistake of fact".

3. In view of the filing of the final report as "Mistake of fact", nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.
