[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the detenu viz., Taj @ Thajudeen @ Mohammed Hussain, aged 33 years, S/o.Mohammed Yusuf (Convict No.7211), detained at Central Prison, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the leave application that was submitted on behalf of Hussain (Convict No.7211) was considered by the authorities and was rejected by order dated 20.04.2021. He further submitted that a copy of the said order has been served on the petitioner as well as on the convict prisoner. However, he submitted that he will serve a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner by e-mail.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.04.2021, if so advised. No costs.
