This application is filed to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court in Application No.3933 of 2012 dated 20.03.2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent in this application and the applicant in Application No.3933 of 2012 submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, the attachment may be raised by allowing this application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the parties have settled the matter between themselves, the order of attachment passed by this Court in Application No.3933 of 2012 dated 20.03.2014 is raised.
