The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c) and 29(1) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.728 of Page No.1 of 4

2024 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the co-accused were engaged in selling Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances and the petitioner/ A18 was implicated based on the confession of co-accused.

3. This is the third bail application. The first application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.31162 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, was dismissed by Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, with the following observations:- "6.Taking into consideration the above submissions and the fact that A18 is the father-inlaw of the petitioner and A19 is the brother-in-law of the petitioner and they have confessed that the petitioner, on their instruction travelled to Bangkok and purchased high quality O.G. Ganja. Since there are also materials available to show that the petitioner has flown to Bangkok frequently, which tallies with the statement given by the A18. this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail."

4. The second bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.3264 of 2025, was withdrawn before Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira on 07.02.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the absence of any change in circumstances, this court finds no reason to entertain the third bail application on the very same ground.
