Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to revoke his communication for freeze the petitioner's bank accounts and permit the petitioner to operate the bank accounts which are maintaining in the respondents 2 to 4 banks.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to revoke his communication for freezing the petitioner's bank accounts and permit the petitioner to operate the bank accounts, which are being maintained with respondents 2 and 4.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the investigation of the case in Crime No.1 of 2016, on the file of Villupuram Crime Branch CID, under section 420, 384, & 306 of IPC r/w section 4 of the TNPWH Act, was completed and charge sheet was also filed on 03.04.2017. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the operations of the following accounts were also resumed:

1. S.V.S Educational & Social Service Account No. 113;

2. S.V.S Medical College Account No.6295601104 and

3. S.V.S. Educational & Social Service Trust in Account No.832995590 The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the letter dated 26.05.2017, written by the first respondent to the respondents 2 and 3, in this regard.

3. Mr. C. Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Nl/Vsm
