ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent handed over the cheque in the name of the petitioner for a value of Rs.51,000/- towards the arrears of maintenance up to October, 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent paid the entire interim maintenance arrears up to October 2022. The said statement is recorded.

3. The petitioner herein seeks transfer of the petition for divorce filed by the respondent in O.P.No.3704 of 2017 pending on the file of the First Additional Family Court to any other Family Court in Chennai. Since the petitioner seeks intra district transfer, this Court is not inclined to entertain this transfer Petition. Therefore, this transfer petition is dismissed with liberty to move the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking necessary relief. No costs.
