This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2021 within a reasonable time and consequently, to direct the respondents to sanction pensionary benefits to the petitioners on par with the retired co-employees and juniors of them.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the

respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
