O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner and to sub divide the property and issue patta to the petitioner and her husband. 2.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the representations made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry has been fixed on 26.03.2020. The learned counsel submitted that necessary notice will be issued to the petitioner and the petitioner has been directed to 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be present for the enquiry with all the necessary documents. 3.

In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to proceed further with the enquiry strictly in accordance with law and take an appropriate decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If, the first respondent feels that notice must be given to any other interested party, the same shall be done before coming to a final conclusion. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
