This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered that the petitioners to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

Until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl. OP.No.28579 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e.

Saturday at 10.30 a.m. For further period of three weeks and thereafter, they shall appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.
