Respondent/Complainant Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to issue suitable directions to the respondent police to take appropriate lawful action against the criminal elements as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 lodged before the respondent police and deal with the Criminal elements and recover and restore the valuables of the petitioner's family members as per law.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate lawful action against the criminal elements as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 lodged and deal with the criminal elements and recover and restore the valuables of the petitioner's family members as per law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 22.06.2015, that has been sent by the petitioner by post, has been received by the respondent police only on 26.06.2015 and even before that the petitioner has filed this petition for a direction.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the petitioner has made lot of allegations against the police and filed a contempt petition against them. In his complaint, he has made some allegations against some persons for threatening him. 5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint before the respondent police. On such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
