(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Nirmala Rani, aged about 45 years before this court and set her at liberty forthwith.

2. The detenue has been produced before the court along with her son aged about 19 years, who is studying in A.M.Jain College, Meenambakkam. The petitioner is also present.
