When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that though the petitioners have come up with this criminal original petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20230001562C202500022 as early as on 06.05.2025.
