ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 05.05.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10586 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2022 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2022 and filed final report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur. 3.
Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
