After this Second Appeal was heard and reserved for passing Judgment, a copy of a letter dated 19.08.2021 of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore has been placed today. It has been stated that the dispute in this Second Appeal has been amicably settled between the parties on 05.08.2021. The Principal District Judge has also enclosed the Mediation Report, Original Settlement Agreement, Original Plan and Aadhaar Card's copies of the parties.
2. This was communicated by the Registry only today i.e., 08.10.2021 after the final order was made ready for pronouncing Judgment today. Both the Registry and the respective counsel have also not intimated the outcome of the mediation, resulting in wastage of the Court's time and efforts.
