ORDER
In the above matter the parties had been referred to Mediation Centre. After the Mediation the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and copy of the settlement agreement signed by both the parties and their respective counsels have been forwarded to this Court.
2. On perusal of the settlement agreement, it is seen that the parties have decided to dissolve their marriage and to withdraw all the pending proceedings besides other terms.
3. The settlement agreement is taken on file and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered in terms of the settlement agreement and dismissed as "settled out of the Court". The settlement agreement shall form part of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The parties shall take steps to withdraw the respective proceedings as indicated in Clause B of the settlement agreement. * Herein Enclosed the Xerox Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2022.
