This petition has been filed to relax the condition which was imposed in the order in Crl.OP.No.27750 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearings.
