The Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.A.No.16 of 2017 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge,

Vellore, dated 13.10.2017 confirming the judgment dated 14.12.2016 passed in C.C.No.177 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Vellore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the charge as against the petitioner itself is abated.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Revision case stands dismissed as abated.
