Contempt Petition, filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order, dated 08.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45236 of 2006.

O R D E R

Both, the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Forest Department) representing the respondents are present. 2.

The learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings, dated 21.09.2015, passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests before this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ reference, and submitted that the order, dated 08.09.2010

passed by this Court in W.P.No.45236 of 2006, is complied with.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. However, the first respondent herein is directed to send the revised proposal to the Principal Accountant General of Tamil Nadu, pursuant to the Government Order, dated 02.09.2015, passed in G.O.(3D) No.32 of Environment and Forests (FR.2) Department and the proceedings dated 21.09.2015, bearing No.B2/53327/2010, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such revised proposal, the Principal Accountant General is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders relating to the enhancement of terminal benefits as expeditiously as possible.
