ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry without following due process of law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that on the complaint lodged by the wife of the petitioner, the petition enquiry has been conducted. 4.In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondents and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondents for interrogation and enquiry. It is made clear that this order will not shield if the petitioner is involved in cognizable offence.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
