Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to appoint the trustees to the Arulmigu Sri Pavadi Kalyana Subramaniya Swamy Temple existing at Pavadi, Salem -1 by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 14.11.2014 along with the resolution dated 14.09.2014. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Nalliyappan For Respondents : Mr.M.L.Mahendran Government Advocate (HR & CE)

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he belongs to a particular community and five persons belonging to his community were selected as Trustees to the Arulmigu Sri Pavadi Kalyana Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Pavadi, Salem -1 and it was also declared by passing a resolution dated 14.09.2014 and the said resolution was forwarded along with a representation dated 14.11.2014 requesting the second respondent to appoint them as the trustees of the said temple. Since, he has not been favoured with any response from the respondents he has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) accepts notice for respondents.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2014, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
