Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the order dated 14.06.2021 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.8447/2021 i.e that the Petitioners shall report before Respondent Police Station daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESH SHARMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 14.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8447 of 2021 and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
