Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his willful default and deliberately flouting and disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 2.12.2014 in WP No.23175 of 2012.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent, made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23175 of 2012 on 2.12.2014 has been complied with. In this regard, the dues to be paid to the workman were computed and disbursed to the workman. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that

there is some error in the calculation. It is left open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, if any grievance exists. In respect of the order passed by this Court, the same has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication is to be entertained in respect of the present contempt petition and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
