Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks in connection with Crl.OP.No.20901 of 2020 order dated 30.12.2020 on the file of the Inspector of police, All Women police station, Virudhachalam police station, Cuddalore District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAJAVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20901 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20901 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
