(CRIME NO.563 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.1376 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1376 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 08.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
