ORDER

The petition has been filed to call for the records contained in Show cause notice dated 14.06.2024 bearing Ref. No. 52/ 11/ CAB/ 2024 with CFI:C/ ROC Coimbatore/ 3388/ 2024/ 148-3/ 2022- 23 and all consequential proceedings thereto, including Letter dated 09.12.2024 and letter 28.01.2025 issued by Respondent No.1 and to quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to forbear from taking any action pursuant to show cause notice dated 14.06.2024 bearing Ref. No. 52/11/ CAB / 2024 with CFI: C / ROC Coimbatore/3388/ 2024/148-3/ 2022- 23 and letters dated 09.12.2024 and 28.01.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed the requisite documents on 14.06.2025.

3.Since, the demand made in the show cause notice has been partly complied with, it is needless to state that it is well open to the respondents to proceed further on merits and in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, the petitioner is at liberty to ensure his rights in the manner known to law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
