ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner and her family members for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her representation dated 06.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, he submits that the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 will be considered by the respondents, in the light of G.O.(Ms.) No.97, Revenue and Disaster Management [LD-1(1)] Department, dated 21.02.2025.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 seeking for issuance of joint patta in her favour and her family members for the subject property, in the light of G.O.(Ms.) No.97, Revenue and Disaster Management [LD-1(1)] Department, dated 21.02.2025, within a
period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
