2. The petitioner claims to be one of the Trustees of Shri Samayapuram Mariamman Temple, Ariyagoundampatti, Rasipuram Circle, Namakkal District. He submitted an application dated 20.04.2015, to the respondent praying permission to conduct temple festival on 30.04.2015. Since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.S.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer made in this writ petition, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
