ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.35850 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, passed by this Court to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Kanchipuram on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.35850 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight more weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
