This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by one Savithri and the complaint was also closed on jurisdictional issue.
