(CRIME NO.563 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties as directed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P No.1761/2022 dated 27.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DINESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1761 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.
