O R D E R

This writ petition is directed against the second respondent, directing him to dispose of the Appeal dated 13.12.2017 filed by the petitioner herein as per the Patta Pass Book Act as against the proceedings bearing Na.ka.No.5130/2012/Aa3 dated 23.02.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent as early as possible.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, dated 23.2.2013 has been communicated to the petitioner only on 23.12.2017 and the appeal is pending for a long time.

3 Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the pending appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
