This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that he should report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1722 of 2024 by its order dated 31.01.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of 10 days and thereafter, report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
