Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned Demand Notice dated 06.02.2025 issued by the fifth respondent and to quash the same, with consequential direction, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to revise the monthly rent for the petitioner's shop as per Salem City Municipal Corporation Council's Resolution No.17 dated 31.05.2023 and update the revised rent structure in the online records by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025, within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
