ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(I) of IPC in Crime No.126 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Due to previous enmity, the de-facto complainant has been attacked by this petitioner and one Surya causing dislocation of his teeth. The petitioner herein absconded is now before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that coaccused Surya was arrested and the petitioner herein is still at large, the de-facto complainant sustained grevious injury of dislocation of teeth and taking treatment as out patient. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the offence committed by this petitioner and the injury caused to the de-facto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, since there is threat to the injured at the hands of this petitioner. Hence petition is dismissed.
